Layered KC is a 3D-printing shop based in Lenexa, Kansas, operating shoplayeredkc.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site and what we do with it — in plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

Contact form: your name, email address, and message — delivered straight to our inbox so we can reply.

Orders:your name, email, shipping address, and the items you ordered — used only to make and deliver your order. Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's servers; your card number never touches ours.

Your cartis stored only in your own browser on your own device. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

We don't use analytics trackers or advertising cookies, we don't build profiles, and we don't have user accounts or a customer database.

To fulfill your order, answer your message, and send you emails about your order (confirmations, replies, shipping updates). That's it. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we never sell or share your information for advertising.

A few services handle data on our behalf to run the site: Stripe (card payments), Resend (sending our emails), Vercel (website hosting), and Google Workspace (our business inbox). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Order records and email conversations stay in our business inbox and payment dashboard as normal business records. Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email us and we'll take care of it.

Our site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If a kid wants a Flexi Dragon, we ask that a parent does the ordering.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
